4. Who may receive data
Only where necessary, data may be processed by hosting and technical maintenance providers, email services, the Channel Manager or booking provider, payment and fraud-prevention providers, accountants or legal advisers, competent authorities and booking portals used by the guest.
Providers acting on our instructions must receive only the data needed for their task and be bound by appropriate data protection terms. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the applicable legal transfer mechanism and safeguards will be described here before activation.
